What is needed for this 8 Week Challenge?

I’ve designed this 8 week Fitness Challenge so that you can workout anywhere, in the gym or at home, with minimal equipment. You will however need resistance bands (long bands and booty bands) to perform some of the exercises.


Booty band (ideally fabric & latex)

Resistance band with/without handles

The rest of the equipment listed here is not essential but you will get the most out of my workouts if you have them.


Kettlebells or dumbbells
