Hi! I’m Mirella, a Fitness Coach, and mama of two.
One of my biggest passions in life is empowering women like you to ditch the ‘fad diets’ and unsustainable ‘bikini bod programs’, and instead focus your energy on making long term lifestyle choices that can help you feel consistently strong, healthy and fit. For life!
This is why I created this challenge!
My aim is to help you to fit exercise into your busy life. To make nutrition feel easy and effortless. I will guide you and together we will find what works for you, so that fitness becomes part of your lifestyle and you can enjoy it without it feeling like an added stress.

Do I Need Equipment?
I’ve designed this programme so that you can workout anywhere, anytime, at home or in the gym. If you choose to workout at home, you will need resistance bands (long bands and booty bands) to perform some of the exercises. Other equipment such as a swissball or skipping rope will also come in handy and are cheap enough to buy. If you have weights such as kettlebells or dumbbells then these can help you to get more out of your workouts but don’t worry if you don’t have them, they’re not essential.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I burn fat or build muscle?
How much time will I need to dedicate?
You have 4 workouts a week, including 1 optional workout. I have designed these
programmes around a busy life (working women, working mums) so they will take
between 40-60 minutes of your time, including warm-up and cool down.
How much weight will I lose?
This all depends on how much you commit to the plan.
What if I don’t like the meals give in my plan?
I will be providing you with a calorie/macro breakdown, as well as a meal plan. Any foods you don’t like can be switched up for something else. And you have the option to track your own foods you’re eating. My aim is to teach you not to eat a “diet’ but to eat well and healthy to get the best results.
Gym or home workout?
The workouts can be done at home or in the gym.
What equipment will I need?
If you choose a homework, you will need a resistance band, booty band, swissball and skipping rope. And if you have some extra equipment such as weights and a swissball, then you will get the most out of these workouts. Plus something you can use for a bench or step. If you have weights then you will get more out of your workouts but
they’re not essential.
What time of day will I need to workout?
It’s up to you. You can plan your workouts around your own schedule.
How can I cancel?
By signing up to my Programme, you are making an initial 3 month commitment. You can cancel at any time after the 3 months is up.
