Will I burn fat or build muscle?
How much time will I need to dedicate?
You have 4 workouts a week, including 1 optional workout. I have designed these
programmes around a busy life (working women, working mums) so they will take
between 40-60 minutes of your time, including warm-up and cool down.
How much weight will I lose?
This all depends on how much you commit to the plan.
What if I don’t like the meals give in my plan?
I will be providing you with a calorie/macro breakdown, as well as a meal plan. Any foods you don’t like can be switched up for something else. And you have the option to track your own foods you’re eating. My aim is to teach you not to eat a “diet’ but to eat well and healthy to get the best results.
Gym or home workout?
The workouts can be done at home or in the gym.
What equipment will I need?
If you choose a homework, you will need a resistance band, booty band, swissball and skipping rope. And if you have some extra equipment such as weights and a swissball, then you will get the most out of these workouts. Plus something you can use for a bench or step. If you have weights then you will get more out of your workouts but
they’re not essential.
What time of day will I need to workout?
It’s up to you. You can plan your workouts around your own schedule.
How can I cancel?
